Randy joins Touchdown with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including a 23 year tenure at Zurich Insurance Group. He served in executive leadership positions in Switzerland and North America, including as head of marketing, distribution and regional management for North America, as Group Chief Operating Officer in charge of global growth strategy, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Communications, and Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Corporate Solutions, a business he founded.
Randy founded Clouser Strategic Advisors LLC, a business helping investors, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigate the insurance industry. He is a senior advisor to KPMG and serves on the Board of Directors of a New York based technology company, Scanbuy. Prior to working at Zurich, Randy served as President of Continental Risk Management and as Chairman of Continental Risk Services. When CNA Financial acquired Continental Insurance Company, Randy led the merger integration team. He also worked at Alexander & Alexander (now Aon) after beginning his career as an executive intern at INA (now Chubb).
Randy earned a M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from American University. He previously served on the Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York and Ronald McDonald House of New York. Randy and his wife also established a cancer research endowment at Penn State Hershey Medical School.
Randy lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife Caroline and their two children Reagan and Ethan. He also has two adult children, Ashley and Corbin.
