Ted started with Touchdown in a Business Advisor role in 2024 after having worked with Touchdown for three years while at 20th Century Fox. Ted began his career as a lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He then moved in-house at Fox, where he spent 20 years in a variety of senior roles and eventually oversaw legal affairs and worldwide deal-making across all media and business models, from transactional to subscription and advertising-based offerings.
Since leaving Fox, Ted has co-founded a successful technology company, worked closely with VC and private equity firms to identify and negotiate investments, and served on the boards of several companies with revenues exceeding $500 million.
Ted graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in government. He earned his JD at USC and his MBA at UCLA, both with honors. Ted has taught negotiation and ethics for several years and has also served a broad range of philanthropic institutions.
